Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide training to the subordinate personnel, and supervise and assess the working ability and behavior of the personnel;
2. Review and determine product quality specifications, and provide guidance;
3. Monitor the quality of production products, and correspond to relevant departments if the requirements are exceeded;
4. Handling, reporting and follow-up of major exceptions;
5. Coordinate, communicate and hold meetings with other departments;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superior leaders.
