1. Proficient in LCM or electronic paper process and material properties;
2. Proficient in PFMEA, PDCA, CAD, QC and other system tools, and can be proficient in the daily management of the department;
3. Have a strong professionalism and sense of responsibility, and have strong work principles;
4. Familiar with the quality process of LCM or electronic paper, have strong ability to analyze abnormal problems of LCM or electronic paper and can handle it independently;
5. Familiar with the use of seven QC techniques and the ability to write SOP and 8D reports;
6. Have good communication and coordination skills, have a good sense of teamwork and communication and integration skills.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring the quality of the raw materials supplied by the suppliers, and the problems caused by the quality defects of the materials supplied by the suppliers shall be promptly fed back to the suppliers and required to be improved;
2. Responsible for tracking and confirming the improvement reports and implementation effects of suppliers, and conducting on-site audit inspections and counseling if necessary;
3. Responsible for formulating inspection specifications and inspection plans of the incoming inspection department, and training and guiding inspectors in a timely manner;
4. Participate in the evaluation and release of the supplier's initial samples;
5. Statistically score the quality status of existing suppliers every month, and put forward improvement requirements for suppliers with low scores;
6. Participate in the development and review of new suppliers, and evaluate and score new suppliers together with purchasing and R&D departments.
