job requirements:
1. More than three years of work experience in LCM or electronic paper industry, more than 1 year of work experience in the same position, and understand the process of ISO9001, ISO14001, QC080000 management system;
2. Have good communication skills and excellent internal and external coordination skills;
3. Understand the relevant knowledge of electronics, and can basically use the seven QC methods, FMEA/SPC/8D and 5W2H analysis methods;
4. Familiar with the process production/delivery quality management process, and have the ability to determine, analyze and improve defective products;
5. Familiar with product reliability test standards in the industry;
6. Familiar with LCM or electronic paper finished product inspection standards;
7. Have a certain understanding of the working principle and characteristics of the product;
Job Responsibilities:
1. On-site analysis and determination of customer complaints, distinguish customer responsibilities and our company's responsibilities, and assist customers in handling related matters to improve customer satisfaction;
2. Hold a special meeting on customer complaints, and convene relevant persons in charge of various departments to ensure that the bad phenomena of customer complaints are timely confirmed and timely deal with in-store, in-transit, and customer-side defects, so as to reduce secondary complaints;
3. Reply to the customer's FA report and 8D report in a timely manner after receiving the customer's defective machine (screen) to ensure that the root cause analysis is completed within the time required by the customer and the improvement effect is confirmed to the customer to achieve customer satisfaction;
4. Corresponding to the responsible customer complaint history and the number of cases, it is specifically implemented in the responsible workshop and line, as the basis for the achievement of KPIs of various departments in the factory, so as to reduce the recurrence of customer complaints.
