2. More than 3 years experience in LCM module or electronic paper industry;
3. Rich experience in on-site management, master practical operation and modern management knowledge;
4. Have strong professional ability, executive ability and communication and coordination ability, strong leadership and strong sense of responsibility;
5. Have the practical ability to review, guide and manage overall production management, and be able to solve important practical problems flexibly and systematically.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Production line arrangement, schedule management;
2. Personnel guidance, training, assessment management, and system rule formulation;
3.WIP/work order material management/property safety/inventory management;
4. The production line uses equipment management tools / inspection spare parts / production consumables use management;
5. On-site engineering capability management (operating methods, operating environment, mistake-mixing and leak-proofing, ESD, 6S, visual management);
6. Engineering abnormal discovery and disposal, problem solving and prevention;
7. Process quality control (through rate/interception rate/LOSS reporting control);
8. Shipment quality control (improvement of inspectors' abilities and improvement of missed inspections);
9. Cost control;
10. Achievement of important indicators
